Costa Adeje nightlife: what's on, and how far the clubs really are

Costa Adeje has the big hotels, the calm beaches and one club night on sale: the White Party at Monkey Beach Club, on Playa de Troya at its southern edge. The rest are next door in Playa de las Américas; your distance from Puerto Colón decides walk or taxi.

Costa Adeje is the resort people book for its hotels, with the clubs just along the coast. Here is how it works: Costa Adeje has one venue on this site, Monkey Beach Club at its southern edge on Playa de Troya; the rest are next door in Playa de las Américas, and the only question is how far you are from them. From Puerto Colón it is a walk. From Playa del Duque it is a taxi. This page gives the numbers.

What Costa Adeje has at night

Aerial view of Playa de Torviscas beach and the hotels of Costa Adeje

Costa Adeje runs north from Playa de Troya and San Eugenio through Puerto Colón, Torviscas and Fañabé to Playa del Duque and La Caleta. Its one venue on this site is right at the southern edge: Monkey Beach Club, above Playa de Troya and next door to Papagayo, with the White Party on Thursdays. Every other club night on this site is in Playa de las Américas or Los Cristianos.

Distances that decide your evening

We measured street routes on OpenStreetMap on 8 October 2026. Puerto Colón to Papagayo Tenerife: 1.6 km, about twenty minutes on foot. Puerto Colón to Mala Mía: 2.6 km, about thirty-five minutes. Playa de Fañabé to Papagayo: 3.1 km, about forty minutes. Playa del Duque to Papagayo: 3.5 km, about forty-five minutes on foot or thirteen minutes by car. Playa del Duque to Mala Mía: 4.4 km, close to an hour on foot. Playa del Duque to WILD in Los Cristianos: 6 km, which is a taxi.

The rule that falls out of those numbers: south of Puerto Colón you walk; north of Puerto Colón you walk there and take a taxi back; from Fañabé or El Duque you take a taxi both ways and budget for it.

Getting to the clubs

On foot, follow the seafront promenade south: it brings you straight to the Playa de Troya seafront where Papagayo and Monkey Beach Club stand side by side.

By bus, TITSA line 467 runs between Costa Adeje bus station, San Eugenio and Los Cristianos, with late services into the early hours on the timetable we checked. It is handy for getting there; for getting back after 02:00, plan on walking or a taxi and check the timetable on the day.

By taxi: taxis are licensed and metered. We do not publish fares because we have not found an official table online; ask the driver to run the meter and keep the receipt.

Heading home after 02:00

Line 467 runs late, but some of its last trips end short of the full route. After 02:00, plan on the promenade or a taxi.

The nights worth the trip

From Costa Adeje, the closest big nights are the zone's own White Party at Monkey Beach Club on Thursdays and anything at Papagayo next door (Wednesday to Sunday), both on the Troya seafront. Mala Mía on Calle México adds Tuesday, Friday and Saturday but is another fifteen minutes further south. WILD in Los Cristianos is a taxi from anywhere in Costa Adeje, so it is your Wednesday or Sunday plan when Guayeteo or Tumbao is your kind of night.

Staying here and going out

Pick Costa Adeje if you want quiet mornings, a good beach and a hotel you actually enjoy, and you are happy with one walk or one taxi per night. Pick the San Eugenio or Puerto Colón end so the walk stays under twenty-five minutes. If your group is four or more, the taxi split makes El Duque workable too.

Decide your nights first, then book. The week planner shows what is on each night; the events page has the tickets.

Frequently asked questions

Are there nightclubs in Costa Adeje?

One of the venues on this site is here: Monkey Beach Club, on Playa de Troya at the southern edge, with the White Party on Thursdays. The other club nights on this site are next door in Playa de las Américas, from five minutes (Monkey Beach Club to Papagayo) to close to an hour (Playa del Duque to Mala Mía) on foot, depending on where in Costa Adeje you are; WILD, in Los Cristianos, is a taxi away.

How far is Papagayo from Costa Adeje?

About twenty minutes on foot from Puerto Colón, forty from Fañabé and forty-five from Playa del Duque. By car it is around thirteen minutes from El Duque.

Is there a night bus from Costa Adeje?

TITSA line 467 serves Costa Adeje bus station, San Eugenio and Los Cristianos with late services on the timetable we checked; line 711 is the night link to the airport and Santa Cruz. Check times on the day.

Can I walk back from Papagayo to Costa Adeje at night?

To Puerto Colón, yes, along the promenade. To Fañabé or El Duque it is a long walk after a night out, so a taxi is simpler.
